- We purchase single family homes and lease them long term to the Oxford House, a non-profit, who operates them as sober living homes.
- Each house provides beds for 7-13 adults, who each pay EES (Equal Expenses Shared) including rent, utilities, chapter dues and reserves.
- By fractionalizing the rent, members enjoy a low cost of living ($550 /mo avg) while we, as landlords, receive nearly twice the market rent.
